Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Information Security - Risk Governance to lead and strengthen the risk governance program.

You will drive risk identification, assessment, remediation planning, and governance reporting, partnering with business and technology teams to align with regulatory expectations and business objectives. You will mentor the GRC team and advance maturity across risk domains, including cloud security and identity management, while delivering executive dashboards and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in information security, risk management, governance, compliance, or audit.
• Experience managing enterprise risk management processes and risk lifecycles.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end information security risk lifecycle, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and closure.
• Partner with leaders and teams to identify, evaluate, and treat risks.
• Administer AuditBoard, manage risk intake, risk reporting, and governance workflows.
• Maintain documentation of risks, controls, and remediation activities for audits and leadership reviews.
• Track remediation efforts and validate effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments across key domains (cloud security, IAM, third-party risk, AI).
• Develop dashboards and governance reporting to communicate risk posture to senior leadership.
• Translate complex risks into actionable business impacts for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk governance processes and platforms.
