Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Databricks and Reporting for the Poland AP1000 Project, based in Reston, VA. You will shape data strategy, build analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights across safety, quality, engineering, and construction teams.

You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design dashboards, leverage AI/ML, and implement a Common Data Environment. The role offers growth in a mega project and exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extracting ‘data’ from systems and presenting information for timely decisions in a business context.
• 2+ years hands-on with Databricks for data management, analytics, data transformation, and reporting.
• 2+ years using AI/ML or Generative AI to enhance analytics and reporting.
• 3+ years experience leading analytics with business stakeholders to design effective dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise analytics, reporting, and BI environments aligned to project execution objectives.
• Lead data engineering initiatives and scalable data pipelines and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Develop and visualize KPIs, trends, forecasts, and operational intelligence using Power BI and SQL.
• Engage with leadership and SMEs to translate technical findings into practical business insights.
