• 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Proven project management skills working in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in meeting business project milestones.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional business projects.
• Identify or serve as subject matter expert on key business projects and initiatives.
• Develop cross-functional management process to help business achieve growth objectives.
• Develop experience and journey maps for key constituents.
• Support strategic planning with stakeholders to align with enterprise priorities.
• Support leader in managing team including town halls, team meetings, and culture initiatives.
