Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Proven project management skills working in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in meeting business project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs through to implementation.
• Identify or serve as subject matter expert on key business projects and initiatives.
• Develop and support cross-functional management processes to drive growth objectives.
• Develop experience and journey maps for key constituents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align inputs with enterprise priorities.
• Ensure external communications are compliant and appropriate.
• Support leadership with team coordination, town halls, and culture initiatives.
