CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Program Manager to oversee product, program, and project management within the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team. The role leads multiple complex projects through to implementation across processes, systems, and products, with multi-year durations.

The position supports strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and external communications, and may sit anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare.
• Proven PM experience in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record of meeting business project milestones.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional business projects.
• Identifies or serves as a subject matter expert on key business projects and initiatives.
• Develops and supports cross-functional management process to help business achieve growth objectives.
• Develops experience and journey maps for key constituents.
• Supports strategic planning process including collaborating with key stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.
• Serves as resource to ensure compliance and appropriateness of key external communications.
• Supports leader in managing team including town halls, team meetings, and culture initiatives.
