CVS Health is seeking a Senior Project Program Manager to oversee product, program, and project management within the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team. The role leads multiple complex projects from inception to implementation across processes, systems, and functions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare project management, a track record of delivering milestones in a matrix organization, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Proven project management skills working in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in meeting business project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional business projects
• Identifies or serves as subject matter expert on key business projects and initiatives
• Develops and supports cross-functional management process to help business achieve growth objectives
• Develops experience and journey maps for key constituents
• Supports strategic planning process including collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and coordinate inputs and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.
• Serves as resource to ensure compliance and appropriateness of key external communications
• Supports leader in managing team including town halls, team meetings, and culture initiatives
