CVS Health is seeking a Senior Project Program Manager to oversee product, program, and project management for the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team. The role leads cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple processes, systems, and products, with projects that may span several years.

Location flexibility allows sitting anywhere in the US, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Proven project management skills working in a matrix organization
• Proven track record in meeting business project milestones

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional business projects
• Identify or serve as subject matter expert on key business projects and initiatives
• Develop and support cross-functional management processes to help the business achieve growth objectives
• Develop experience and journey maps for key constituents
• Support strategic planning process including collaborating with key stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities
• Serve as a resource to ensure compliance and appropriateness of key external communications
• Support leader in managing team including town halls, team meetings, and culture initiatives
