Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Accounting Domain

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Domain: Pharma or Tax and Treasury

Responsibilities

1. Project Management Support: Establish and oversee project governance, create detailed project plans with milestones and tollgate reviews, facilitate status meetings, prepare summaries, track issues, and advise on tool usage such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Wdesk, and Alteryx. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, conduct testing, and maintain documentation including user manuals.
2. Process Support: Assist in data collection for organizational design, support process and policy updates, develop job descriptions, construct taxonomy, coordinate training, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
3. Technical Support: Provide strategic advice on tool utilization, design solutions, implement testing protocols, document architectures and workflows, and prepare user guides.
