Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Onsite: Gallatin, TN or Greenwood, IN. Remote: Remote work is available only for candidates based in the Midwest region.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Industrial Finishing Systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and industrial automation, focusing on delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring project milestones and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple industrial finishing system projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to meet industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
• Manage purchasing of materials and equipment required for project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the industrial automation or manufacturing sector.
• Proven expertise in quality control processes and documentation standards.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and systems.
