Job summary

SoCalGas is seeking a Project & Program Management Senior I at the 2Cal (SoCalGas HQ) with a hybrid schedule, typically four onsite days per week. The role leads the execution of complex projects, defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has about 5 years of relevant experience, a 4-year degree, and strong knowledge of project management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and controls.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a single large project or multiple projects within a department.
• Oversees scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design to ensure successful completion.
• Develops project requirements and parameters.
• Leads contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Coordinates inputs across departments to meet objectives.
• Analyzes regulatory impacts and requirements.
• Builds business cases to improve processes and efficiency.
• Sets team goals and evaluates performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
