Job summary

LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager Specialist to lead transformation of the site's procurement process, ensure compliance, scalability, and cost optimization while collaborating with global teams.

You will drive KPIs, partner with stakeholders, support risk management, and champion ERP-driven improvements using SAP, Power BI, and Coupa. Hybrid on-site/wfh arrangement with relocation available and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Experience in procurement process design and ERP-enabled processes (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Architect and standardize the Virginia site procurement process with compliance and cost control.
• Drive process excellence and governance alignment with global standards.
• Develop procurement KPIs and metrics to measure performance and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to manage risk.
• Lead cost savings initiatives in regional and global forums.
