Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete jobs on time and on budget while maximizing ROI.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate division functions, ensuring SOPs are followed.
• Report monthly during Project Executive Review with accurate budget analyses and trends.
• Strategically improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency across operations.
• Mentor and grow project managers and teams; supervise direct reports and oversee safety and quality.
