Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting seeks a Project Planning & Scheduling Lead to drive schedules for capital projects in industrial and manufacturing contexts. You will develop integrated plans, monitor baselines, and deliver routine forecasts in a fast-paced environment.

Using Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent tools, you will create dashboards, coordinate with project leadership and cross-functional teams, identify delays, and support continuous improvement through effective project

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated schedules for multiple capital projects.
• Monitor progress, update forecasts, and deliver routine schedule reports.
• Collaborate with project leadership to establish baselines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Create dashboards and tracking tools that provide visibility into project performance.
• Use Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or comparable scheduling software.
• Identify potential delays, communicate schedule impacts, and help develop corrective-action plans.
• Coordinate scheduling information across internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor critical activities and milestones through project completion.
• Contribute to project closeout reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Provide additional planning and project-controls support as needed.
