Job summary

RigUp is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead to manage complex project schedules, baselines, and forecasts. You will lead schedule development, control, and integration with WBS and project plans to support timely decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering or related field, are proficient with Primavera P6, and can coordinate with contractors and internal teams; overseas project opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Experience in Project Controls, Planning/Scheduling.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Willingness to relocate overseas for project sites.
• Strong influencing, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Advanced competency in Primavera P6.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Advanced Work Packaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.
• Steward the contractor's project control organization with respect to schedule development, control and progress measurement.
• Advise the contractor's organization with respect to adequacy of project controls tools, reports and schedules.
• Develop / Maintain Level 1 and Level 2 integrated project schedules.
• Review and endorse schedule and progress baselines and forecast prepared by Contractor.
• Monitor contractor progress vs. baseline and implement corrective actions or recovery plans.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with WBS and Project Plan to ensure alignment with external schedule requirements.
