Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the operational aspects of OS&M project management. You will serve as a liaison between 1LMX program management, cross-functional teams, and factory leadership to support major projects and ensure successful delivery.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and lead cross-functional efforts to drive productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in program support, project management, facilities, and/or administration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data and manage processes.
• Ability to create and manage project schedules.
• Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a semi-virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and acts as liaison between project management and planning, team, and line management.
• Reviews project status and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet cost, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress and for intervention with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Coordinates daily priorities and executes plans to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
• Develops and leads cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Partners with program management, factory leadership, and others to drive operational excellence.
• Communicates effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure program success.
