Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Management liaison to oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a bridge between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. The role involves reviewing project status and budgets, managing schedules, and preparing reports to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will develop mechanisms to monitor progress and enable effective problem solving with managers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Draft, distribute, and communicate concise status updates and briefing packages to leadership and partners.
• Maintain an action-item register, prioritize tasks, and drive mitigation of identified risks.
• Coordinate secure meeting spaces and equipment for classified reviews and demos.
• Update the Integrated Master Schedule, monitor critical milestones, and flag schedule slippage early.
• Work with engineering leads to translate requirements into realistic schedule and resource plans.
• Support program start up activities and lead key IRAD and strategic investments.
• Support product line integration and planning for CIQ Product Center core and mission apps.
