Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning, scheduling, or project controls experience within energy, refining, petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, LNG, or industrial sectors.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
• Strong understanding of project controls principles, critical path methodology, earned value concepts, and schedule risk analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
• Create detailed Level 3 and Level 4 schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities.
• Support planning and scheduling across capital projects, maintenance programs, turnarounds, and business transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate schedule reviews with project teams, stakeholders, contractors, and business leaders.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules and support forecasting activities.
• Monitor project performance against baselines and milestones.
• Partner with project controls, cost management, engineering, procurement, and operations teams for alignment.
• Support dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and schedule analytics.
• Contribute to digital transformation by implementing planning and reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning standards, governance, and reporting.
• Provide schedule status updates, progress reports, and recovery plans.
