Job summary

Paragon Structural Engineering, LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented project coordinator to manage schedules, budgets, and client communications for forensic engineering projects in the Dallas area.

You will collaborate with engineers and leaders to balance workloads, forecast future work, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining documentation and SOPs. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project management, client services, operations, or administrative leadership.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Adaptable, collaborative, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources across forensic engineering projects.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, provide updates, and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with engineers and leaders to balance workloads and forecast work.
• Track budgets, monitor variances, forecast, process invoicing, and support collections.
• Maintain project documentation, calendars, travel, meetings, and records with detail.
• Develop reports, improve tracking, assist with SOP development, and implement PM tools.
• Perform conflict checks through legal review and ensure documentation supports firm requirements.
• Communicate status, identify issues, and provide administrative support to managers and staff.
