You will manage complex projects and guide other engineers, performing CAD, analysis (FEA), BOM creation, and customer interactions to ensure on-time, on-budget, and safely delivered solutions. Qualifications

• BS or MS in mechanical, agriculture, electrical or aerospace engineering.
• 8+ years of proven project experience.
• MBA, MS in engineering or advanced degree is appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify designs meet performance and configuration specifications.
• Manage contracts to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales and clients.
• Provide work instructions for engineers and drafters.
• Develop and update project timelines and BOMs.
