Job summary

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience conducting technical requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for technical projects and contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.

  • Assist the Program Manager with allocation of resources.
  • Direct and mentor project team members to provide effective and efficient technical deliverables and engineering plans.
  • Document system and process project improvements.
  • Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet outcomes.
  • Review risk and risk mitigation activities and provide mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Develop Work Breakdown structures, Project Plans, and Project Schedules and Milestones.
  • Provide detailed tracking of project requirements.
  • Manage personnel management of technical project teams.
