V Group Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex benefits-related issues within DOAS. You will coordinate Workday configuration, payroll data, and third-party integrations, driving root-cause analysis and production-ready solutions.

Local presence in Atlanta is required for occasional office visits. The role requires strong stakeholder management, ERP program experience, and proficiency with SDLC tools such as Asana, MS Project, and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with progression in responsibility.
• PMP or CAPM certification or eligibility preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating ERP/Workday integrations.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a single backlog of benefits issues with clear ownership and dates.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve benefits issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate test planning, data, and vendor validation across Workday configurations and integrations.
• Provide executive reporting on issue aging, financial exposure, and resolution trends.
