• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of project management experience.
• Eligibility to sit for PMP certification.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially HR/payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a backlog of benefits issues with impact, severity, populations, integration, and deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve individual benefits issues and keep focus on outcomes.
• Obtain next steps, owners, and target dates; track commitments and escalate delays.
• Document decisions, questions, actions, owners, and dates in a shared location.
• Develop an integrated stabilization schedule across functional, technical, payroll, finance, and vendor workstreams.
• Set clear roles and accountable owners for all activities.
• Lead structured issue-triage, working, decision, and executive-status meetings.
• Coordinate data sources, Workday configuration, integration logic, and vendor processing.
• Manage dependencies among related integrations and prevent conflicting corrections.
• Coordinate test planning, test data, results, regression testing, and vendor validation.
