Job summary

The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop and manage an integrated plan for resolving complex benefits-related issues involving Workday configuration, employee and payroll data, inbound and outbound integrations, transaction processing, vendor systems, and business procedures.

The role will coordinate across DOAS, statewide ERP teams, payroll and finance, business analysts, and third-party benefit administrators, leading cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of PM experience.
• Experience implementing ERP programs, especially HR/payroll related.
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve benefits issues and drive resolution.
• Establish and maintain an authoritative backlog with owners and dates.
• Coordinate test planning, data, and vendor validation for Workday integrations.
• Manage change-control and release-readiness from nonproduction to production.
• Provide executive reporting on risk, progress, and resolution trends.
