ManpowerGroup, a leading staffing and solutions company, seeks a seasoned Civil/Construction Manager for public utility projects in Virginia. You will guide design, procurement, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations while coordinating with customers, agencies, and contractors.

You will review drawings and manage schedules and budgets, with a focus on water and wastewater systems. Valid license required; MS Office and ProCore proficiency expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil engineering construction or construction management.
• At least three (3) years focused on water and wastewater systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, project management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, and asset management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the design and construction of public utility projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee contracts related to engineering, design, project management, and construction services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including customers, Town departments, outside agencies, and contractors.
• Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely project completion.
