Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Manager Wastewater in Leesburg, VA to lead design and construction of public utility projects. You will manage contracts, coordinate with customers, town departments, and contractors, and ensure quality drawings and schedules align with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in civil engineering construction or construction management, with at least three years on water/wastewater systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, project management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of public utility projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee contracts related to engineering, design, project management, and construction services.
• Coordinate with customers, Town departments, outside agencies, and contractors.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and documentation for timely project completion.
