BGE, Inc is seeking a Project Manager (PM or Senior PM) to lead water and wastewater projects from Austin or San Antonio offices. You will guide engineers and designers, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery for public infrastructure projects across the region.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 10+ years in water resources, and a Texas PE license (or eligibility to obtain in 6 months). AutoCAD/Civil 3D and water modeling experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in water resources/public works preferred.
• Licensed PE in Texas or able to become licensed within 6 months.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Water/GEMS or InfoWater a plus.
• Willing to be in Austin or San Antonio regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead project teams of engineers and designers.
• Prepare feasibility studies and design for drainage, water, wastewater facilities.
• Oversee PSE, final design packages, and life-cycle of public works projects.
• Ensure quality, schedule, and budget management of projects.
• Grow client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Maintain CAD and modeling standards across projects.
