Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Professional Engineer to serve as Senior Project Manager for Water/Wastewater Treatment in the Fort Worth area. The role involves leading complex, multi-discipline water and wastewater projects, directing teams, and coordinating workload to deliver high-quality results for clients.

You will engage with local and state regulators, and drive project success through strong technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of water and wastewater treatment experience with emphasis on plant process evaluation, design and construction.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Preferred Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental) or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Manage project teams, coordinate workload, and drive sales efforts for internal teams.
• Lead multi-discipline treatment plant projects including process design, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical aspects, and construction contract administration.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and regulatory agencies to support project success.
