Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Engineer to serve as Senior Water Treatment Project Manager in our Fort Worth, Dallas, or Denton offices in Texas. You’ll lead projects across water and wastewater treatment, providing innovative and sustainable solutions to communities.

You will build and maintain client relationships, oversee design, construction administration, and technical reporting, manage teams, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water and wastewater treatment experience with emphasis on plant process evaluation, design and construction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation and sales skills.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as senior project manager and contribute to business growth in water/wastewater treatment.
• Oversee analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater projects.
• Manage project teams and coordinate workload and sales efforts to serve clients.
• Manage complex multi‑discipline treatment plant projects; apply technical design expertise.
