PrideGlobal seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects in water, wastewater, stormwater, pump stations, storage facilities, and treatment systems in Oregon. You will manage projects from design through construction, coordinate subcontractors, support funding applications, and mentor junior engineers.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PE in Oregon, and 15+ years of municipal infra experience with strong leadership

Job description

This role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, pump stations, storage facilities, and treatment systems. The position involves managing projects from design through construction, coordinating subcontractors, supporting funding applications, and ensuring successful project delivery. The individual will also troubleshoot infrastructure systems, recommend operational improvements, and oversee multidisciplinary engineering efforts. Additionally, the role requires mentoring junior engineers, serving as a technical expert, and supporting utility providers in modernizing aging infrastructure.

Job Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure, with strong expertise in water and wastewater engineering.
• Proven leadership, project management, client-facing communication skills, and experience mentoring junior engineering staff.
