Job summary

Overview

Senior Project Manager – Municipal/Infrastructure (Full‑time, exempt) – Kirkland, WA; Lake Oswego, OR (Pacific Northwest). Responsible for leading public works projects for cities and districts including water, stormwater, parks, and civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements.
  • Act as primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies.
  • Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license required.
  • 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience.
  • Proven project management and client relationship skills.
  • Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design.
  • Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements.
