We have been exclusively mandated by the executive leadership of a national Water Infrastructure contractor to identify and appoint a Senior Project Manager to support continued expansion across the Washington, D.C. metro area. With a longstanding reputation for technical delivery in the water and wastewater infrastructure sector, this firm is accelerating its footprint in the DMV through a series of high-profile CMAR and Design-Build awards.

This appointment is central to their strategic investment in the region, aimed at reinforcing their position as the contractor of choice for complex public-sector water projects.

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of treatment plant and related water infrastructure projects across D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational excellence throughout.

Candidate Profile;

• Proven track record of delivering water/wastewater treatment plant projects in the public sector
• Experience with collaborative delivery methods, particularly CMAR and Design-Build
• Capable of leading multi-disciplinary project teams on complex infrastructure projects exceeding $20M
• Strong communication, scheduling, and commercial management capabilities
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred
