Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee scope, schedule, and budget, represent the project with clients and subcontractors, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of field engineering experience on water/wastewater construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• Strong scheduling knowledge and use of project management tools.
• Experience on infrastructure projects such as water/wastewater plants.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and ensure scope, schedule, and budget are defined.
• Establish procedures and controls for engineering work.
• Determine project controls, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones.
• Serve as project representative with client, constructor, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures.
• Identify and secure approvals for changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
• Maintain client communication and adjust deliverables as needed.
• Ensure work products meet standards and codes.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Track and budget progress against milestones.
