Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of utility-scale solar, storage and high voltage projects. This is a full-time, on-site role in Clark County, NV with travel required.

The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules and contracts while ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The position emphasizes strong leadership, procurement, and coordination with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and urgent decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Drafting and computer skills are used in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple or large, complex projects.
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum).
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
• Lead regular meetings with management and subcontractors and maintain reporting.
