Job summary

Sterling And Wilson Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and on-time handover to clients.

The role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, sharp cost control, and proactive risk management to meet project targets and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• HSE certification such as NEBOSH/IOSH will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets and schedule while mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with client, contractors and stakeholders for project handover.
