Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle. You will own 100MW+ utility-scale initiatives and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project management, 5+ years on utility-scale renewables, and a track record of managing complex stakeholders while driving safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience delivering 100MW+ projects from development to commissioning.
• Strong understanding of solar, wind, BESS, or related energy infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, financial, risk management, and project controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, regulatory, and project risks.
• Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, cost control, and project profitability.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of 100MW+ utility-scale renewable energy projects, overseeing everything from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning.
