Designworks Talent is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Akron, OH to lead water utility infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage directly with clients, and scale responsibilities by experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proven track record managing drinking water, wastewater and stormwater projects.
• Experience range: PM 7+ years; Senior PM 10+ years.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of utility design standards, regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver utility infrastructure projects (drinking water, wastewater, stormwater).
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Monitor performance: budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance for all deliverables and documentation.
• Track labor utilization, revenue forecasting, billing and documentation.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, public hearings and presentations.
• Lead multiple projects from concept to completion; mentor engineers and PMs.
