Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of the project to meet goals within budget and schedule.
• Prepare proposals, fee justifications, and contracts with leadership input.
• Develop project work plans with milestones, roadblocks, budget, and billing forecast.
• Monitor project costs, review invoices, and provide cost/profit analysis.
