Job summary

Entrust Solutions Group, a Leidos company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead two critical asset replacement programs, with accountability for safety, schedule, budget, and performance. You will guide a team of schedulers and analysts from planning through construction, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Permitting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in electric utility project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transmission Pole Replacement Program delivering on safety, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor schedulers and analysts while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Develop bundled replacement projects to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee scope, design coordination, cost estimating, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage budgets, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate permitting, materials, outage planning, and pre-construction activities.
• Lead reviews, kickoff meetings, and governance milestones.
• Oversee contractor and stakeholder coordination during construction.
• Provide program reporting, executive updates, and communications.
• Ensure closeout activities and lessons learned.
