Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead two critical asset replacement programs, including the Transmission Pole Replacement Program and Like-for-Like Asset Replacement Program. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and governance while guiding a team of schedulers and analysts to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Permitting, or related field.
• 5+ years in electric utility industry in project management, engineering, construction, contracts, operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years in project financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, engineering principles, and project delivery practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with MS Office, including advanced Excel, as well as Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Transmission Pole Replacement Program and Like-for-Like Asset Replacement Program.
• Manage a team including schedulers and analysts; mentor and develop staff.
• Develop bundled replacement projects to optimize construction efficiency and program performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee scope definition, design coordination, cost estimating, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
