Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks a Project Manager to lead the Transmission Pole Replacement Program and Like-for-Like Asset Replacement Program, responsible for delivery, safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, construction, procurement, and stakeholders.

You will head a team of schedulers and analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and guiding projects from planning through construction with a focus on safe, efficient, and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in electric utility project management.
• 5+ years in project financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of utility operations and project delivery practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transmission Pole Replacement and related programs.
• Mentor schedulers and analysts; drive accountability.
• Develop bundled replacement projects to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee scope, design coordination, cost estimating, risks.
• Manage budgets, schedules, milestones, risks and metrics.
• Coordinate permitting, procurement, outage planning, pre-construction.
• Lead contractor and stakeholder coordination during construction.
• Provide program reporting and executive updates.
