Job summary

White & White Contracting, LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the PM function for underground utility construction. You’ll report to ownership and lead clients, superintendents, and crews to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

You bring 5+ years managing underground utility or heavy civil work with budgets and margins, and a track record of handling multiple jobs and field leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running underground utility/heavy civil projects with budgets and margins.
• Experience managing multiple jobs and field leaders simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of billing, job costing, and change order documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the PM function across multiple underground utility projects from award to closeout.
• Lead change orders, track pricing, and ensure timely payment.
• Oversee scheduling, look-ahead, deliveries, inspections, and locates with superintendents.
