Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager for underground mining projects, embedded with a client team in Lancaster, California. This site-based role requires strategic leadership, risk management, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction to deliver on time and within budget.

You will oversee studies, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality while aligning with Worley and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant mining or similar industry experience, including 12+ years in PM/leadership roles.
• Strong background in underground mining projects with execution and client-facing delivery.
• Experience with Front-End Studies, NI 43-101 or SK-1300 reporting is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee studies and projects ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and value delivery.
