Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

1. Planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving diverse staff.
2. Managing multiple projects concurrently, including schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions at project sites.
3. Ensuring project deliverables and documentation meet standards and client requirements.
4. Coordinating staffing and workload to complete documents on schedule.
5. Collaborating with project teams and management for reviews and quality assurance.
6. Implementing QA/QC procedures and reviewing roadway plans for complex projects.
7. Training personnel as per strategic plans and mentoring less experienced project managers.
8. Maintaining professional engineering registration.
9. Establishing and growing client relations through industry involvement and networking.
10. Participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSCE required; MSCE preferred; PE license required.
• 20+ years including project/client management.
• Experience in the Pennsylvania marketplace preferred.
• Previous PennDOT and/or PTC work experience with an A/E/C Engineering firm preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture is essential.

• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• PE license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Access experience is a plus.
