In the role of Senior Transportation Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:

1. Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)
2. Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff
3. Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
4. Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
5. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders
6. Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule
7. Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure work is completed within parameters of budget and schedule
8. Work with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
9. Implement QA/QC procedures
10. Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
11. Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• PMP certification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years related experience
• A minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be a plus)
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills
