Job summary

Alfa Laval in Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan and run high-impact projects that improve safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to optimize the site and supply chain.

Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Requires 10+ years in project management with a BS in manufacturing or supply chain; PMP a plus. Onsite role with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or supply chain required.
• 10+ years of successful project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute major projects/programs with varying capital investments.
• Develop and implement major transformations with new working methods affecting people, processes and investments.
• Manage all project components: scope, budget & planning; teams; change management; risks; reporting; steering committees.
• Lead, develop and motivate high performing project teams; coordinate across departments.
