In this role, the Sr Project Manager will plan and run projects/programs with major impact on technology, organization/people, footprint structures, and processes to optimize the overall performance of the site. Support the business unit and product groups to improve efficiencies to ensure customer value by improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost in a fast-paced and high energy environment. This position will manage projects, with medium to high complexity and potentially a significant business impact, in accordance with Alfa Laval's project methodology to reach desired outcome. This position is an onsite in Broken Arrow, OK.
Bachelor of Science required, and Master of Science preferred or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or supply chain and following: 10 plus years of successful experience in projects management.
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong cooperation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
Experience in production industrialization is a plus (layout optimization, takt-time analysis, and process validation).
Excellent technical, analytical, and commercial acumen.
Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate activities across departments and make data-driven decisions.
Self-directed and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Traveling approximately up to 30%, domestic and international (estimation).
Physical Requirements (lifting, climbing, standing, equipment and/or motor vehicle use): Office environment with frequent attendance on shop.
Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure): Shop Floor - Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration.
Shop Floor - The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
Shop Floor - Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs)

The base salary for this role is typically $136,000.00 to $161,000.00 USD a year.
