Knowesis Inc. seeks two Project Managers to lead contract processes, manage schedules, and ensure the quality of all services and products for the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division.

Position: Project Manager (Senior Project Management Specialist) in Arlington, VA with approved Telework; Top Secret with SCI eligibility required; contingent upon award. Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Master of Arts or Master of Science (MA/MS) degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
• Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Establish common processes across tasks for configuration management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Provide productivity and management tools, including monthly status reports and program management reviews.
