Job summary

Knowesis is seeking two Project Managers to lead and manage the contract process for the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division, ensuring schedules and quality of all services and products.

Arlington, VA with approved Telework is the location, and the role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Anticipated salary range is $175,000 - $210,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• MA/MS degree or equivalent.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
• Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Establish common processes across tasks for configuration management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Provide productivity and management tools, including monthly status reports and program management reviews.

Knowesis is seeking two (2) Project Managers to lead and manage the contract process, maintain project schedules, and ensure the quality of all services and products for CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division functions.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
• Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Establish common processes across tasks for configuration management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Provide productivity and management tools, including monthly status reports and program management reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Master of Arts or Master of Science (MA/MS) degree or equivalent.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
