Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record.
• 3+ years building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• Industry experience with feedwater heaters, condensers, fired heaters, OTSG, WHB preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide project teams to successful completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources for efficient utilization.
• Present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with the baseline schedule and project milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect objectives.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Act as liaison between TEi and customers.
• Oversee change orders to manage scope and revenue.
