Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc., through BW Converting, seeks a seasoned testing lead to direct internal testing of standard equipment (M3) and guide service technicians to ensure final acceptance meets all specifications.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, generate testing plans, and document progress for reports, while contributing to continuous improvement with the Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in manufacturing/testing environments.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement principles.
• Demonstrated project completion experience and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal testing of standard equipment (M3) to ensure smooth operation and final internal acceptance.
• Coordinate work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.
• Participate in MCR meetings to support testing and decision making.
• Generate and maintain testing plans; document progress for project reporting.
